DV Tradition of Excellence Award Nominations
The Thunder Tradition of Excellence Award will serve as a means of recognizing, preserving and honoring individuals who have made significant contributions to our academic programs, as well as our distinguished alumni who have excelled though their community involvement or in the professional world. Nominations are to be submitted in writing (by Sept. 15, 2012 for the 2012 award) to DVHS Thunder Tradition of Excellence Committee, c/o School Principal, 16440 S. 32nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85048 by May 1 each year. Desert Vista A+ School of Excellence
 The Athletic Hall of Fame is an opportunity for maintaining the rich heritage and tradition of successful programs at Desert Vista High School. In addition, it will serve as a means of recognizing, preserving, and honoring the individuals, coaches and athletes who made significant contributions to these programs other than the fore mentioned ways. The Hall of Fame honors the contributions and accomplishments of these individuals who are worthy of recognition as examples for others to emulate. For more information, please see our athletics page under "Hall of Fame". All nominations must be submitted on the official DVHS Athletic Hall of Fame nomination form. Nominations must be submitted by April 1st each year for consideration.
